The heart of Chore-Time’s innovative REVOLUTION Feeder is an entirely new technology for broiler feeder pans: the Rotary Gate. Unlike conventional feeder pans with flood windows, the Rotary Gate provides full control of both flood and final feed levels without needing to depend on pan height or gravity to operate. 

The Rotary Gate is a simple mechanism based upon two cones: one inside and one outside. The outside cone position stays fixed. The inside cone rotates to open and close the pairs of openings on the Rotary Gate. An actuator system controls the amount of gate opening and the flood level on dozens of feeders with one adjustment. 

The rotary action of the gate provides both sure adjustment and positive operation to reduce feed bridging and inconsistent flood levels. On the floor or in the air, the Rotary Gate gives the REVOLUTION Feeder complete control of both flood and final feed levels. 

Chore-Time’s REVOLUTION Feeder helps turkey producers to capture the attention of turkey poults by showing them a cascade of feed falling from high up on the feeder.
